Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was born to a Russian Indian mother and a Hindu Afghan father. Mahendru speaks fluent German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. Her parents are Russian as well as Indian. She created an original choreography, which earned her the chance to be a guest on German television as the Russian snowmaiden. She later changed into a Indian dancer. She graduated from high school at the age of 11 in New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. In New York, she was studying acting at the HB Studio. In the following years she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up numerous projects. Her parents were a Hindu and an Indian father Ghanshan K Mahendru, an Indian father, and a Russian mother, Olga. Her family relocated into East Meadow New York, along with her father, when she was 13 years old. She is a star with Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. Television actress best known for her portrayal of former KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. Her recurring appearance on The Following on Fox, The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
